What You’ll Do:

  • Create Engaging Content – Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly guides, FAQs, and articles.
  • Maintain & Update Documentation – Keep content accurate and relevant based on user feedback and system updates.
  • Enhance User Experience – Use analytics to identify knowledge gaps and create new content accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with support, product, and technical teams to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Organize Information Effectively – Structure content for easy navigation and searchability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: Background in technical writing, content creation, or knowledge base management.
  • Strong Writing Skills: Ability to simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand documentation.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with content management systems and knowledge base tools.
  • Language Proficiency: English & Italian (B2 level or higher preferred).
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data insights to improve content and address common user challenges.
  • User-Centric Approach: A passion for understanding user needs and crafting solutions that enhance their experience.
  • Excellent Organization: Ability to manage multiple content pieces and updates efficiently.
